π Nathalie Dias: New Book Incoming
Author and journalist Nathalie Dias is working on a sequel to βThe Kingdom of the Three-Legged Dogsβ, inspired by real stories from ARA. The first edition became a popular educational resource in schools, and weβre excited to see whatβs next.

π Donations & Big Hearts
π Avery (Age 14)
Since the age of 7, Avery has asked for donations to help animals instead of birthday gifts. Now living in Portugal, she chose ARA as her first local cause, and we are so grateful!

Tim asked his friends to donate to ARA for his birthday, raising β¬950 for the shelter. A heartfelt thank you, Tim, for your generous spirit and for inspiring others to do the same!

π³οΈ Helder Martins (PSD Candidate)
On 19 July, PSD mayoral candidate Helder Martins visited ARA. He expressed admiration for our work and pledged to collaborate on animal welfare projects if elected.
π Worldpackers β Portugal Visit
We welcomed Livia, the Portugal rep for Worldpackers, for a full day of volunteer immersion and insight sharing. This marks the first visit by a Worldpackers rep to a winner of their annual award!
