Aysha had a family that ignored all of her health problems and let her reach an almost irreversible state at the age of ten. Uncontrolled leishmaniasis caused her serious problems. With the right treatment, we managed to reverse her health and Aysha has now found her final family where she enjoys full happiness and health.
