Pulga

Description

Pulga came to the shelter because his owner couldn’t take care of him anymore; Pulga, a cat (Brioche) and his owner were living in very bad conditions, and he had glaucoma in one of the eyes. He is a bit reserved at the beginning, but friendly and affectionate, and is sociable with other dogs.
