Waterloo

Waterloo was rescued from a life of being chained up and living in a hole in the wall. He arrived anemic, tested positive for leishmaniasis, tick fever, and heartworm disease, and also had kidney stones. He loves people and enjoys company, he is friendly with most dogs.
